            All words and images on this site are the property of the owners and artists of this site. No copying or downloading of material is permitted from any part of this site without the express permission of the owners

 

Payment.

          If goods are paid for using Paypal we will despatch your goods as soon as possible.

          If goods are paid for using a cheque goods will be despatched as soon as the cheque clears.

Your details

           We will not pass on any private details given to us by you to any third party for any reason whatsoever without your express permission.

           We will not use your details for any marketing or other purpose without your permission.

            Your details will be kept by us as a failsafe for further communication should an order go missing or be damaged in transit or for any other reason that you contact us after the sale is complete.

            We will hold no credit card details if you are paying by Paypal and no cheque details will be held by us after clearing of cheque’s has been verified.

            Should cheque payments not be honoured it shall be the purchasers responsibility to rectify the situation including any charges incurred by us.

 

Security.

             Visitors to our site are responsible for all actions by themselves whilst visiting the site. No responsibility will be held by us pertaining to the security of personal computers, passwords or anything else out of our control whilst visitors are on our site.

             No tracking cookies will be placed on a visitors PC by us however we do not hold responsibility should they be placed by other persons following clicking on any banner on our site.

             No responsibility is held by us for any circumstances that arise following clicking on advertising banners

                           

Packing

           All goods will be packaged as carefully as possible to avoid damage during transportation.

           All breakages are to be notified to us immediately upon receipt.

            The condition of goods received ceases to be our responsibility the moment you take receipt of items and find them in good order.

 

Returns

          Any damaged package should be notified to us as soon as the damage is discovered.

          A postage paid returns label will be despatched to you to return the damaged goods to us and on receipt of the damaged item we will send out a replacement forthwith.

           Returns will only be accepted in the case of damage whilst in transit.

Comments

                 Comments, questions or other communications are welcomed using either the forms provided on site or by e-mail. If any malicious or other unsuitable material is presented then we will take further action. This is generally a family site, but some stories may not be suitable for children, any such content will be graded as such.  

 

We reserve the right to withdraw any products if they are sold out. Demand can be high on certain items and where possible we have identified this and put it in our description of products. We will honour any pre-existing committements to our customers who have ordered in advance where possible otherwise we will provide a full refund.

 

 

Your Right to Cancel

You may for any reason either cancel your order or return the goods to us within seven working days from time of reciept of goods. (not including weekends or bank holidays AFTER the goods are recieved.).
